Enable Changes Confirmation before Saving
Required Permissions
This section requires the Application Designer permission from your Domain's administrator.
Check What are the Design Tasks? to learn more about permissions to work with Design Mode and other tools.
Learn how to configure an application to ask for confirmation before saving any changes on a table.
You can enable in the application's Design Mode a window asking for confirmation before saving changes. When enabled, every time a user saves any change, a window will report the number of created, edited, or deleted rows; the user must confirm the choice before saving.
Note
The confirmation window will appear at each save, unless the user flags the option Don't Show Again.
The Confirm Changes option is in the Design Mode within the Table panel. (The Table panel is the main panel you access when you open the Design Mode. See What are the Design Tasks? for more information about the Design Mode.) You find the Confirm Changes option in the left side-bar.
Click on the Confirm Changes toggle-switch to enable or disable the Confirm Changes window in the application.
Click on the Save button when you have selected your preference. You find the Save button in the upper-left corner of the Design Mode.
Success
You have configured the application to ask for confirmation before any save.
