How do I customize the Organization's colors and layout?

You can perform this operation if and only if you are either an Admin Delegate or IT Delegate.

This section explains how to customize the overall Organization's layout.

Delegates can customize the Organization's general layout: colors, texts, URLs, and icons. The Organization will apply the layout to Login and Sign Out windows, and also each Workspace will inherit it (in case the Workspace hasn't a custom layout).

Note

New Workspaces inherit the same layout of the Organization. The Workspace Admin can customize their Workspace's layout. The customization overrides the Organization's layout.

Follow the steps below to customize the Organization's layout.

  1. In the Organization's panel, click on Settings in the side bar.

  2. You can customize the Layout in the Settings panel: colors, icons, URLs, and background.

    Click in the preview the area you want to customize to open the customization's options for that element.

    Uncheck each property you want to hide or disable.

    Tip

    If you have issues identifying the Layout's customizable parts, click on the Highlight Customizable Layout.

    The action highlights what you can customize in the interface.

    The editor highlights red elements that the Delegate has enabled but not configured. You can't save if you don't configure the highlighted elements.

    At any time, click on the Restore Default to revert the layout to the previous configuration.

  3. Once done, click on Save in the upper-right corner.

Success

You have customized the Organization's Layout. New Workspaces and Workspaces without customization will inherit what you have configured.
