How do I upload an eLegere License key?

You can perform this operation if and only if you are either an Admin Delegate or a Licenses & Billings Delegate.

This section teaches how to upload a license key and redeem the related resources in your Organization.

Organizations require a Core License to work, plus dedicated licenses for Mobile, network balancer, users (or credits consumed per action), Workspaces, their applications, and extra data storage. Delegates can create Workspaces and users can access eLegere if and only if a Delegate has activated the Core License and redeemed enough Workspaces, application slots, and credits or user licenses.

Vesenda Srl provides you with an Activation Key to redeem all the licenses and resources your institution or company has purchased for the Organization.

You must activate the code inside the Organization's panel.

Follow the steps below to redeem the License's Activation Code.

1. In the Organization's panel, click on Licenses in the side bar.

   

2. In the Licenses sub-panel, click on the Upload a License Key button.

   

3. Drop the file on the rectangle or click on it to upload the Activation Key file provided by Vesenda Srl.

   

   The sub-panel verifies the key's validity. If approved, the sub-panel previews how many resources the key adds and how the key affects your reserve.

   

   Click on Confirm to redeem the key.

   Warning

   The action is irreversible and consumes the key.

   

Success

You have redeemed your License Activation Key. The Licenses sub-panel reports the current amount of each resource type (application slots, user licenses, and credits).
