How can I grant access to applications in a Workspace?

This section assumes that you are a Workspace Admin and you can access the Workspace Settings. See What's a Workspace? in Admin Guide's Introduction.

Learn how to grant view and access permissions to applications.

Workspace Admins can grant access to an application either to everyone belonging to the Workspace or only to certain User Groups.

Follow the steps below to configure the application's view and access permissions:

  1. From the Workspace's Home, click on the Workspace's name in the upper-left corner.

  2. From the drop-down menu list, click on the icon next to the current Workspace's row. The action leads to the Workspace Settings panel.

  3. In the Workspace Settings, click on App Permissions & Licenses in the left sidebar.

  4. Click on the Edit button () next to the application which permissions you want to configure. The action opens the Groups window.

  5. In the Groups window, click on the icon.

    If you select Everyone from the drop-down list, any user accessing the current Workspace will view and access the application. Otherwise, only the chosen User Group from the list will view and access the application.

  6. Click on Confirm to confirm or Cancel to abort the permissions' change.
