Users Can Now Save in a Session Any Range of Properties

Users can now choose and save in a Session any range of values for the Properties. In this way, the users can include in the range values that don't actually exist but will exist or users will edit in the future.

Before 2.14-prerelease.0, the Users could choose as Properties range limits only existing values on the table.
