Include\Exclude Values Option for Properties

Now, users can set the Properties to include or exclude certain values from the data subset.

By default, the option is set on included in the Properties side-panel.

• Click the icon to include selected range's upper and lower values in the data subset
• Click on to exclude selected range's upper and lower values in the data subset.

Before 2.14-prerelease.4, the users could only select values for inclusion in the data subset. They couldn't select values to be excluded.
