Scheduler - New "Last Day of the Month" Option for Scheduling

New scheduling option Last Day of the Month.

If you schedule a recurring Monthly action in the Scheduler, you can flag the Last Day of the Month option. When flagged, the Last Day of the Month option sends the notification or execute the action the last day of each month without specifying it manually.
